The SANDERS CENTER
**THE SANDERS PROJECT IS CURRENTLY IN A REBUILDING PHASE AND IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION**
The Sanders Project seeks to provide resources, references, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) awareness to current and retired first responders and military and their families designed to help them identify signs and symptoms of work-related stress including PTSD in themselves and others.
We advocate strongly for the awareness of mental health issues, specifically PTSD, in first responders and military and fight to STOP THE STIGMA of utilizing mental health resources in the public safety community.
Suicide is claiming the lives of our fellow first responders at an alarming rate. We have to act now and stop the devastation.
You're not alone. We've got your six.
